How to Use
To make a nutritious pancake:
Preheat a non-stick pan on low heat.
Mix 24 g (2 scoops) of Protein Bake Mix with 30 ml (2 tbsp) of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) or water.
Pour the batter into the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
