30-Day Return Policy
HLF Online Store is operated by Antonio Dibattista, an Independent Herbalife Member. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To start the return process, please contact us at info@hlfonlinestore.com to request a Customer Refund Form. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Please include the completed form with the returned product.
Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Return shipping costs for defective items will also be covered by us.
Lost or Stolen Returns
HLF Online Store cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or stolen during transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service with delivery confirmation.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note that there may be a short delay between the delivery of your return and confirmation of receipt.
